The 1940 Lahore session of the All India Muslim League was a pivotal moment in the history of Pakistan's creation.

It was during this session that the Lahore Resolution, also known as the Pakistan Resolution, was passed, calling for separate Muslim states.

شملہ وفد 1906

1. شملہ وفد یکم اکتوبر 1906 کو وائسرائے ہند سے ملا.

2. شملہ وفد کا صدر سر آغا خان تھا.

3. اس میں 35 لوگ / ارکان شامل تھے.

4. سب سے پہلے شملہ وفد ایم اے علی گڑھ کالج کے پرنسپل سے ملا.

5. پر. نسپل نے سیکرٹری وائسرائے کرنل ڈونلپ سے یہ میٹنگ طے کر دیا، ان ہی کےذریعے وفد وائسرائے لارڈ منٹو سے ملا.

6. چونکہ مسلمانوں کا یہ وفد وائسرائے ہند سے شملہ کے مقام پر ملا، اس وجہ سے اسکا نام شملہ وفد بن گیا.

مسلمانوں کے خواہشات :

1. صوبائی اور قومی اسمبلیوں میں مسلمانوں کا الگ نمایندہ ہونا چاہیے.

2. کو نسل میں مسلمانوں کے سیٹ زیادہ ہونا چاہیے.

اس پر سیکٹری آف دی اسٹیٹ جان مارلے خوش نہیں تھا.

لیکن وائسرائے لارڈ منٹو مسلمانوں کے ساتھ خوش تھا.

اس وقت برطانیہ میں لیبر پارٹی بر سر اقتدار تھی جو 1905 میں آئی تھی.

The Nehru Report of 10 August 1928 was a memorandum to appeal for a new dominion status and a federal set-up of government for the constitution of India.

Quaid e Azam presents his 14 points in the response of Nehro report on 9 March 1929. These points covered all of the interests of the Muslims.
