Length of a rectangular courtyard $= 5.25 m = 525 c m$

Now, we have to find H.C.F os $378$ and $525$
$378 = 2 \times 3 \times 3 \times 3 \times 7$
$525 = 5 \times 5 \times 3 \times 7$

Common factore $= 3 \times 7$
$∴$ $H . C . F = 21$

Hence largest size of square tiles that can be paved exactly with square tiles is $21 c m .$
