Explanation

Pakistan's second constitution was approved in 1962.

The constitution of 1962 provided only two lists of subjects i.e.

1.      Central

2.      Provincial

The Constitution of 1962 envisaged a Federal State with a Presidential form of government,

with National Assembly at the center

and the Provincial Assemblies in the Province

Explanation

Iskandar Ali Mirza, the first president of Pakistan abrogated the constitution of 1956 on 07-October-1958.

There were 234 articles 13 parts and 6 schedules.

Ayoub Khan was made chief of martial law after this abrogation.

He enforced the new constitution on 8th June 1962.
