This pamphlet was derived from the two-nation theory of Muslim reformer Syed Ahmed Khan

it was a pamphlet, referring to the names of the five northern regions of British India: 

1. Punjab
2. Afghanistan
3. Kashmir
4. Sindh
5. Baluchistan. (Pakistan)
