The vapour pressure of a liquid varies with its temperature in a directly proportional relationship. 

The other factors that affect vapor pressure are humidity and surface area.

It is independent of surface area and humidity

Additional information:

As the temperature of a liquid increases its vapor pressure also increases.

Conversely, vapor pressure decreases as the temperature decreases.

Thus with a decrease in vapor pressure-temperature will not rise.

On the other hand with a rise in temperature density, surface tension, and viscosity all decrease.
