having Q less than 10

having any value of Q

having phase angle of reactance very large

Both Hay’s bridge and Maxwell’s inductance capacitance bridges are used to measure the inductance.

Hay’s bridge is used for the measurement of inductance of high Q coils

whereas Maxwell’s inductance capacitance bridge is used for the measurement of inductance of low Q coils.
