In July 2024, NASA discovered sulfur on Mars. 

This is the first time sulfur has been found in its pure form on Mars. 

NASA's Mars Curiosity rover has discovered sulfur.

The rover Curiosity was launched in 2011.

Mars completes the orbit of the sun in 687 days.
