Explanation

The I2U2 alliance stands for India, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States: 

• I2: Stands for India and Israel 
• U2: Stands for the United States and the United Arab Emirates 

It is an inter-governmental economic cooperation forum

It was established in October 2021.

The I2U2's first leaders' summit was held on July 14, 2022 in Jerusalem.

The summit was attended by the heads of government of the four countries:

1. Prime Minister Narendra Modi,
2. US President Joe Biden,
3. Israeli PM Neftali Bennet,
4. UAE President Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan
