Global Meetings on Afghanistan

Overview

Pakistan hosted an OIC-led international meeting over Afghanistan in December 2021. The meeting was aimed at discussing the humanitarian situation in Afghanistan, and at exploring ways to provide assistance to the Afghan people.

The meeting was attended by foreign ministers and representatives from OIC member states, and provided an opportunity for OIC member states to discuss regional issues and to coordinate their efforts in support of the Afghan people.
