ʿUthmān ibn Ṭalḥa was a companion of the Islamic prophet Muhammad.

Before the conquest of Mecca, he was the keeper of the key to the Kaaba.

He was therefore known as the "Sadin of Mecca"

Uthman converted to Islam in June 629
