Safa and Marwa are two small mountains in Masjid al Haram. 

The path between Safa and Marwa is called Mas'aa. 

Pilgrims perform seven trips back and forth between Safa and Marwa as part of the Umrah and Hajj rituals. 

It is mandatory to complete the Safa to Marwa ritual before removing the Ihraam.
