The wives of Hazrat Usman (RA), namely Ruqayyah (RA) and Umm-e-Kulthum (RA), were the daughters of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).
Hazrat Ruqayyah was the second daughter and third child of Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ.
Hazrat Umm-e-Kalthum was the 3rd daughter and 4th child of the Holy Prophet ﷺ.
After the death of her sister Ruqayya, Uthman married Umm Kulthum.
Hazrat Usman (RA) could not participate in the Battle of Badr because his wife Ruqayyah (RA) was on her deathbed.
Ruqayyah (RA) died on the victory day of the Battle of Badr.
