How to fit long text in a single cell with a multiple lines :

Start typing in the cell and press the enter key to start another line

Use the wrap text option in the format -> alignment menu

Use the shrink to fit option in the format ->cells->alignment menu

On the Home tab, in the Alignment group, click Wrap Text.

Notes: Data in the cell wraps to fit the column width, so if you change the column width, data wrapping adjusts automatically.
