Explanation

The Sayyid Dynasty was founded by Khizr Khan, who was the governor of Multan and Timur's deputy in India.

It was the fourth dynasty of the Delhi Sultanate who ruled from 1414 to 1451.

Khizr Khan captured Delhi from Daulat Khan Lodi on May 28, 1414 thereby establishing the Sayyid dynasty.
