Explanation

FIA ACT 1974 section9 ( 2) defines the term and conditions of the Director General 

The terms and conditions of service of the Director General and other members of the Agency and the qualifications for recruitment to various posts.

Section 4(1) states that the DG FIA shall exercise powers such as the IG Police
