Explanation

Lahore Fort was built by Emperor Akbar.

It is also known as Shahi Qila

Initiated the construction in the 1560s and completed in 1566.

It is located in the northern part of Lahore's old walled city.

The fort's Alamgiri gate is part of an ensemble of buildings, which along with the:

• Badshahi Mosque

• and Samadhi of Ranjit Singh
