Explanation

Pakistan, Uzbekistan, and Afghanistan signed a tripartite agreement to connect the three countries through a rail network known as UAP Railway project.

Through the Kharlachi border crossing, the ‘Uzbekistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan (UAP)’ rail link will enter Pakistan.

The other name is Trans-Afghan project.
