Explanation

The JF-17 was inducted into the PAF in February 2010.

 It is a fourth-generation aircraft developed jointly by

• The Chengdu Aircraft Corporation (CAC) of China
• The Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC)

Fifty-eight (58) percent of the JF-17 airframe is produced in Pakistan.

Forty-two (42) percent is produced in China
